I do as an Associate Nursing Home Administrator with Genacross?
Assist the Nursing Home Admin in daily operations, strategic
planning and regulatory compliance. Supervise department heads and
ensures effective coordination among nursing, dietary housekeeping
maintenance and administrative teams. Monitor responsibilities and
satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Support
the development and implementation of policies and procedures to
improve operational efficiency and resident outcomes. Participate
in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and
accreditation standards. Facilitate staff training, development,
and performance evaluations. Serve as acting administrator in the
absence of the Nursing Home Administrator. Foster a culture of
respect, dignity, and compassion for residents and staff. Associate
Nursing Home Administrator Requirements : Bachelor's degree in
healthcare administration, Business, or related field (master's
preferred). Current State licensure or eligibility as a Nursing
Home Administrator (NHA). Minimum of 2 years of experience in
long-term care or healthcare management. Strong leadership,
communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of federal and
state regulations governing nursing homes. Excellent leadership,
communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage
multiple priorities and collaborate with diverse teams. Proficiency
in healthcare management software and systems. Genacross strives to
