want to hear from you! We are looking for an Accounts Receivable
Specialist to work in our Walker, Michigan facility. Key
responsibilities include: Accurate application of cash receivables.
Maintaining cash flow/daily banking reconciliation spreadsheets.
Assisting with invoicing using web portals and other means.
Distributing invoices according to customer-specific requirements,
including invoices and billing through customer-specific websites.
Researching unapplied cash and resolving discrepancies. Processing,
transmitting, and running credit card transactions for customer
sales and refunds. Successful candidates will possess the following
skills and experience: Associate's degree in accounting or related
field, 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience and
education is preferred. Knowledge and understanding of accounts
payable and general accounting procedures. Demonstrated proficiency
with MS Office and ERP systems. This position is eligible for a
hybrid work option. Essential functions may be performed on-site or
remotely. Once trained and approved, this position reports to an
on-site facility for a minimum of 2 full shifts each week and may
work remotely the remainder of the week. We are an Equal
