make this an employer of choice. Position Overview The Commercial
Analyst plays a critical role supporting pricing strategy, customer
quotations, and commercial program finance for both new business
awards and existing customer programs. This role develops and
maintains complex cost and financial models to ensure profitability
targets are achieved while supporting competitive customer pricing
in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed cost, pricing, and profitability
models to support customer quotations, RFQs, and program awards
Analyze pricing impacts related to raw material indices,
surcharges, engineering changes, and value initiatives Support
commercial and program finance activities for new launches and
ongoing production programs Prepare margin analysis, contribution
analysis, and scenario modeling to support management
decision-making Review bills of material, routings, and
manufacturing assumptions to validate cost accuracy Partner
cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance
to align pricing with profitability objectives Track customer
pricing agreements and ensure alignment with internal systems and
approvals Provide reporting on pricing trends, risks, recovery
opportunities, and program financial performance If you have

Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (or equivalent
experience) 2–8 years of experience in pricing, cost analysis,
commercial finance, or manufacturing finance (automotive preferred)
Strong experience building complex financial and cost models
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
