high-performing Finance team where your work will have immediate
impact on business decisions, operational efficiency, and financial
accuracy. The ideal candidate is a detail-driven professional with

recommend improvements to our systems and processes. What You'll Do
Own daily and monthly accounting responsibilities including general
ledger management, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end close processes in alignment with
GAAP Assist with financial reporting , ensuring accuracy,
consistency, and clarity Prepare and analyze variance and trend
reports Support AP/AR , payroll entries, and expense management as
needed Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation Collaborate
cross-functionally with HR, Operations, and Finance on data and
project needs Assist with annual audits , external reporting
requirements, and documentation Identify opportunities to
streamline workflows , improve internal controls, and enhance
accounting accuracy Participate in special projects as we scale,
including system implementations and process improvement
initiatives What Makes You a Strong Fit Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-5 years of progressive
accounting experience (public accounting or corporate accounting
preferred) Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting
principles Experience with modern ERP systems ( NetSuite, SAP,
Oracle, MS Dynamics, QuickBooks Enterprise, etc. ) Highly
proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.) Strong
organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and an ability to
manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills and a
collaborative mindset A proactive problem-solver who is comfortable
